Chitral:?An American female tourist taking part in a motorcycle expedition to Pakistan has arrived here to visit various resorts and enjoy the picturesque beauty of the valley along with two companions from her country.

?Taking on a journey through awesome mountains and lush green lands really impressed me and my companions, that is what we expected to witness and enjoy during this trip,? Dionne Haroutunian told media upon arrival.

She said the adventure was aimed at promoting the message of peace world over and the same could be achieved through collective efforts.

?As we set off, we harboured some reservations about law and order situation in the country but all such wild immigration vanished immediately and things are completing different here- people are very forthcoming and loving,? she narrated.

She said Pakistan had a huge treasure of ancient civilisations and natural beauty, adding situation in the country had improved and suitable for tourism.

?It is a perfect place and the people are extremely hospitable ? something I realised after meeting them as hotel management did not charge us money for having meals there,? the tourist said.

The locals say such an adventurous motor ride would project a soft image of Pakistan as a peaceful country by highlighting tourist attractions of Pakistan to the world. .. Source
