15 Afghan soldiers arrested in Chitral

Chitral -- Fifteen Afghan soldiers fleeing into Pakistan escaping the fight between Taliban and NATO forces raging on in Barga Mattal area of Afghanistan's Nooristan province, have been arrested by Pakistani security forces in Shekhandeh Bumburet. The Bumburet Kalash valley has a pass connecting it to Afghan Nooristan province and this pass has long been used as an informal route for travel between the two valleys of Pakistan and Afghanistan. --(GH Farooq, 04 June 10)
