Chitral-- Ouchusht gol an otherwise dormant nullah (mountain stream) in Chitral town, went violent Thursday night when downpour sparked a flash flood washing away 20 houses and causing heavy casualties. At the time of writing this report Sunday morning, all thirteen bodies had been recovered from the mud..
