Now,adulterated kerosene in Chitral

Chitral --As if the flood havoc, absence of water and electricity was not enough, the residents of Chitral are now plagued with adulteration in Kerosene oil available at the petrol pumps and markets. Kerosene oil is these days the standard fuel used to light hurricane lanterns at Sehr and Iftar times, when the WAPDA makes it a point to turn off the electric power. The usual phrase heard from kerosene lamp users these days is,  "latain phakay phakay baghai" --CN report, 17 Aug 10.
