Despite four months having passed since Lowari tunnel was inaugurated by then Prime minister Nawaz Sharif, Chitralis are still waiting for the tunnel (including secondary tunnel) to be opened for traffic fully. At present restricted hours of travel in the main tunnel and the secondary tunnel remaining closed is a joke with the travelers who have to wait unnecessarily at the mouth of the tunnel ..
