CHITRAL: Ms Phool Bibi has been posted as the District and Sessions Judge, Lower Chitral, according to a notification of the Peshawar High Court. Earlier a female District Police Officer (DPO) in the person of Sonia Shamrroz Khan is currently posted and functioning in Lower Chitral, giving Chitral the distinction of having two ladies heading two important government organisations in a district at the same time ..
