Prelude to PM visit; Amir Muqam lashes out at Imran Khan

AmirMuqamChitral — With only a day left for PM Nawaz Sharif’s visit to Chitral, his political lieutenant Amir Muqam has arrived here to review the arrangements for the PM’s visit. The PM is scheduled to address a public meeting at the polo ground at 11 o clock on 07 September. Talking to newsmen on his arrival, he was quick to lash out at Imran Khan accusing him of placing hurdles in the path of development of Pakistan. He warned Imran Khan that if he did not change his attitude, he will be routed out from KP in the next elections. He quoted the PMLN victories in AJK and GB as trust reposed in PM Nawaz Sharif. PML(N) leaders along with MNA Chitral received him at the Airport. — Muhkam Ayuni, 05 Sep 2016.

  1. Is he the same gentleman who was supporting Musharaf and criticising Nawaz Sharif not very long ago? People like him have no principles. Their only principle is to remain relevant, by hook or by crook.

  2. Telenor poles are not enough. MNA must do some thing to show up in next election. PMLN has no chance in Chitral, Imran needs to do some thing tangible to show it to public. His friendship with SRSP and microhydels may not help him enough to win Chitral seat. Good governance performance of Khan is hard to convince ordinary man.

  3. Dear Doctor Sahib, you have exposed yourself by indulging into politics which I think is not appropriate with reference to the context I have already advised to be careful while narating your comments.
Dear Doctor! I belong to Seen Village Chitral. I am a retired officer of the Punjab Government. I am 70 but I have full knowledge of over 100 years past history of each politician of Pakistan. Your statement that the “PMLN has no chance in Chitral” is ridiculous. Not to speak of Mian M. Nawaz Sharif even Engineer Ameer Muqam is more popular than Mr. Khan in Chitral. Remember that Mian Nawaz Sharif has a great love for Chitralis. This is the reason most of the personal staff of Mian family belong to Chitral. Because Chitralis are reliable, trustworthy and above all peace loving people.

Now, how we compare Mr. Khan with Mian Nawaz Sharif. The late Mian Muhammad Sharif father of Mian Nawaz Sharif was a dead honest and hard working person. He was employee of a Hindu Industrialist, having his Fooundry workshop at Branderth Road, Lahore. Mr. M. Sharif worked hard and played important role to boost up the business of his Hindu employer. At the time of partition, the Hindu employer gifted the whole set up of Foundry Workshop to Mian Muhammad Sharif. Mian Nawaz Sharif, a school boy was helping his father after school hours. That was the starting point of success of Mian family.

There is no comparison of Mr. Khan with Nawaz Sharif. The moral obligations do not allow me to narate the past history of Mr. Ikram Ullah Khan Niazi, late father of Mr. Khan.
