Mobile companies tower sharing welcomed

Chitral -- The upcoming trend of sharing towers by multiple mobile companies has been widely welcomed in Chitral. The recent agreement between two major companies ie Ufone and Mobilink to share their towers augurs well for the environment. Ugly telephone towers sprawling all over the town and even in remote virgin areas have degraded its natural beauty and reducing / checking these towers from spreading would be a good thing that can happen to the heavenly environ of Chitral.  -- CN report, 13 Apr 2011.
