PTI, the only hope for Pakistan

Chitral-- Pakistan Tehrik Insaf Chitral leader Wg Cdr (r) Fardad Ali Shah has said that PTI under the dynamic leadership of it's Chairman Imran Khan will deliver to the people of Pakistan and bring about their dreamt change.

Talking about the occurrence in Chitral, he said he believes in fairplay and justice and for this very reason he has joined Tehrik Insaf, and where he always has and would, accept valid mandate of the people, he would not accept foul play at any cost. He said there has been no formal election of any kind in Chitral for any post. It was only a meeting of some workers as was also told to the press club members before booking the premise. Elections are no joke. It has to be held under a competent authority, those interested have to be informed in time,  and there has to be a well defined electorate for it , he said.

There were more workers outside the hall than those inside, who after coming to know about the foul play had gathered at the venue to reject the move within one hour. He said PTI is a big party and most people have become members through SMS as per party policy.  PTI's elections cannot be held stealthily and clandestinely on the basis of membership cards issued to some and refused to large number of desirous people on the pretext that membership cards have finished.

The PTI leader said a provincial organisational committee, deputed by the high command, had visited Chitral two months back, talked to the workers and did their assessment and home work. When the time has come for announcement of their decision, creating confusion and challenging their writ, means those doing so are self seekers and not faithful to the party.

Wg Cdr (r) Fardad Ali Shah said, he has joined PTI in May 2011 at the invitation of the party chairman, for a noble cause which is beyond petty considerations. He said he has lots of regards for old workers and some of them are gems, but there were some who want to monopolise the party and keep it in a bottle, by discouraging the entrance of capable and acceptable people, which will not be allowed to happen he said.  He said, Insha Allah PTI will emerge stronger with every passing day. -- CN report, 31 Dec 2011.
