Chitral --:Former District Naib Nazim Sultan Shah .has sent SOS signal from Susum saying the area is under land sliding and immediate rescue operations are needed to avert any disaster. Talking to Chitral News on telephone from Susum the former Nazim said people are stranded and awaiting immediate rescue help. The former district Naib Nazim is an avid social worker, gives very few press statements but is always amongst his people in times of trial. --(GH Farooqi, 28 July 10)
