Year of the Rat

Chitral - For the Chinese, the year of the rat may have passed in 2008, but for Chitralis the year is now. According to reports from different areas of Chitral there is an unusual surge in the population of both outdoor rats and domestic mice those that stay indoors and share the living room with humans specially the poor living in almost sub human conditions. Though there are no known ill health effects from sharing room with mice,  but Chitralis deserve progress and a right to live like human beings of developed countries. or for that matter in developed areas of own country. --CN report, Chitral. 27, Nov 2010
