Loggers abducted near Afghan border

Chitral - Six persons have reportedly been kidnapped near the Arandu Afghan border, according to  SHO Arandu. The abductees namely Panjarash of Kesu, Eesa Gul of Khairabad and Fazal Akbar of Drosh are drivers while labourers are Jangshal of Arandu and Khalil and Wakil of Khoti.  A number of cattle head are also reportedly taken away by the marauders. Suspects of the case are Afghan insurgents from neighboring Nooristan. --GH Farooqi, 02 Dec 2010.
