Chitral -- MNA Chitral Shahzada Mohiuddin vowed to resign in the forth coming National Assembly session if work on Lowari tunnel is not resumed by then. He was addressing a press conference in Chitral Thursday evening.

 He said despite  being elected on PML(Q) seat, he supported the PPP government all along for the sake of Chitral's interests but he was disgusted to see work on Lowari tunnel stopped and machinery removed .

He said the PM had categorically assured him that work would not be stopped and adequate funds would be provided for the tunnel, but the same does not seem to have been done and he has taken the ultimate decision..-- CN report, 28 July 2011.

 "Bohot deir ki meherbaan aatay aatay".  I think this should have been a joint move by all the three elected members to make it more effective. Wonder what is the other two's position on this issue ?  -- M. Karim, Chitral 29 Jul 2011
