Chitral ---In the wake of the current draft of demands engulfing the country, whipping up arguments for new provinces from every nook, Chitralis too have joined the charade, beginning with private debates and arguments for and against the new province wish. Those in favour of a separate province for Chitral argue that this was an independent state once, so being a province would be no big morsel for us. Those against the motion say we should be practical and look south to open pastures instead of banging our heads against barren mountains and end up in continued poverty .
