Chitral --  Senior bureaucrat Lala Fazalur Rehman has been re-reappointed Administrator Karachi after the decision of restoration of the Local bodies system by the Sindh government. He had been holding the same position before the govt's decision to abolish the system and revert to the magistracy system a decision which they withdrew due to political exigencies. Lala Fazalur Rehman, a DMG officer of the CSS cadre belongs to Koghuzi village of Chitral district. -- CN report, 09 Aug 2011
