Nepotism in AKESP -letter2
Ref the subject letter, respectable, Alhaj M Khan
has briefly made public his personal grievances, calling himself the main victim
and also termed the process perplexed enigma.
This is not the first ever letter of its kind; which shows disappointment on the
part of M Khan. The allegation and blame after losing has become a part of our
culture.
M Khan has alleged the organization only on basis that he has been disqualified
and having no other concrete evidences.
AKESP is the only organization which respects talent and follows fair and
transparent procedure.
Losing is the part of life it doesn't mean that any one start blaming the
organization.
We need to face and accept the reality.

Nepotism in AKESP -letter
I wish to bring to light one dilemma which
has been the cause of disillusionment and discontent among the community and
young intelligentsia. There are different educational institutions working in
public as well as private sector. AKESP Chitral is one among them which claims
fair and transparent approach but ends with coat-tail and nepotism and the
slogan of quality ultimately disappears in the mushrooms of ubiquitous boast.
When the people at the helm of affairs are inclined towards favoritism and
nepotism then expectation of quality remains illogical and it can’t be justified
in reasonable terms. Those who are members of class mafia of Chitral always used
their power and influence for serving and protecting class interest.
AKESP Chitral advertised vacant positions of lecturers for which I also applied
We eight candidates all qualified the written test and went to interview phase.
Soon after interview two candidates were declared qualified and rest were
disqualified. I had pre-requisite qualifications and experience for the teaching
of Pak studies. One question here I want to ask is that if the written test was
pre-condition for the next step, why all were selected and if the test had no
value why was it held The answer is nothing but a perplexed enigma created by
the real perpetrators who themselves remain behind the curtain, putting
everything under the carpet very technically leaving no clue of question on
their performance and transparency.
The establishment of this institution was to work on the basis of meritocracy,
to be considered as epitome of justice, not be utilized on hereditary basis
where a layman has no share only because of being poor.
When I became the biggest victim of the treacherous intrigue and double game I
concluded that it is a struggle between two classes. One class wants to
perpetuate it's hold on all affairs while the other is working hard to escape
from the clutches of the class mafia. It is a serious problem needing to be
addressed urgently in order to rectify the mess created. Such kind of injustices
have caused reactions often manifested in much dreaded forms.
