Check your ID card misuse -letter

 

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has developed a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) information system to address associated risks on security and to ensure subscription regulations in cellular sector. The objective of the project is to provide a consumer-based facility to mobile subscribers in Pakistan by which they would be able to find out the total number of SIM(s) registered against their respective CNIC number with each mobile operator.

Please visit the given web site to find out the No of SIM/Connection (S) registered against your Name. http://www.pta.gov.pk/668/index.html.

Simply write down your NIC No (National Identity Card No) as massage in your Mob and send it at 668, you will receive a message in you Mob Massage Box showing the total No of SIM/ Connection (S) registered against your Identity Card No. The extra SIM/Connection (S) registered against your Name and you are not using, such connections can be used illegally or used in any terrorism purpose. In such cases if the SIM/Connection found illegally in used then the concern CNIC holder can be arrested or punished. SIM/Connections they are not in your use do Block immediately from the concern Mobile phone Office or from Franchise Offices by showing Original ID Card.
