Appeal to the Chief Justice -letter

It is a historically proven fact that where there is justice there is prosperity and where there is injustice there is poverty. When we look back at the golden era of Islam, this statement becomes more relevant and true.

It seems that our country is on it's way towards prosperity and development because our judiciary is getting it's roots back. The reinstatement of Chief Justice after the vigorous struggle of lawyers of our country, gave a new shape to the judiciary of our country.  Because of this decision, new life has been infused into the judiciary of our country, and it has taken a new turning point. Some of the bold and decisive decisions taken by the supreme court such as the order of Supreme Court to overcome the load shedding of KESCO within 20 days, and to stream line its system as soon as possible have given a breath of relief to the common man,.

Here I would like to mention, the same problem has been confronting the people of Chitral for the last so many years, Chitral is known as the darkest valley because of its poor electricity supply, (7 to 8 hours unannounced load shedding is a daily routine in our district), still the PESCO authorities don’t have any proper load shedding schedule. Because of this, the common man in general and the business community in particular is the main loser. Through these lines we appeal to the Chief justice of Pakistan to take Suo moto action against PESCO to redress the grievances of the people of Chitral.
