Islamabad-Chitral flight tickets being denied

CHITRAL, 19 Feb, 09:  Islamabad-Chitral flight (PK 660) passengers arriving here, said they were denied tickets at the Rawalpindi office, but knowing the modus operendus at the ticketing office, they took a chance and went to the airport without a ticket only to find 12 passengers on the flight.  Passengers have requested PIA staff to have pity on the airline at least even if they don't care for the suffering of human beings.  Passengers have demanded separating of Chitral flight ticketing from the Rawalpindi office northern area counter and facilitate the booking and confirmation at the Islamabad office. They have also demanded to include the Islamabad-Chitral flight schedule in the PIA schedule published in daily news papers (presently it is not included) and also advertise this flight adequately which has not been done at all so far.--(CN Report)
