Food poisoning kills two
CHITRAL,20 May 08: Two persons died after eating poisonous 'pakoras'
at Denin on Monday. The unfortunate incident occurred when during a
sports tournament in Denin, when the spectators bought the snack from the
vendor and ate it. Those who succumbed to the food
poisoning include Abdul Haleem s/o Abdul Karim who was the pakora vendor and
10 yr old Jafar Ali Shah s/o Farhat Ali Shah. Others who have been admitted
to the hospital in a critical condition include, Mumtaz Ahmad, Imran
Hussain,Sulaiman, Gulsher, Azmat Illahi, Aziz ahmad, Fazal mahmood, and Afaq.
MS Hospital Dr Nazir told our correspondent that emergency has been declared
in the DHQ hospital and efforts are being made to treat the affected in the
