Minister slams PIA fare
hike
CHITRAL,13 May 08: Provincial Minister for population welfare
Muhammad Saleem Khan has slammed the PIA administration for raising air
fares indiscriminately. He said the fares for Chitral should be put under
check until the Lowari tunnel is complete and an all weather road is
available to the Chitrali travelers. He said PIA should check corruption
within it's ranks to reduce it's losses instead of wantonly increasing the
fares for captive passengers. (CN report)
