CHITRAL, 10 May 08: Where the major part of the country is in the grip of heat waves and life is worsened by long power outages aka load shedding, Chitral is enjoying spring to the full. Bedecked with flowers the town and suburbs present a very refreshing and pleasing picture to any visitor
