Lowari pass blocked again

CHITRAL, 05 April 08: Lowari pass the only intra country route linking Chitral with the rest of Pakistan, which had opened for light traffic on 01 April, after remaining blocked for three months was blocked again Friday evening and is likely to remain closed for the next few days for all kind of traffic due to reported snow fall there. --(GH Farooqi)

ZA Bhutto's death anniversary observed

 CHITRAL, 05 Apr 08: 29th Death anniversary of the founder of PPP Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Shaheed was observed in Chitral, Drosh and Booni on Friday, with due reverence. Different functions were held by different groups and bodies of the party, to pay homage to the populist leader, sent to the gallows by a military dictator on that fateful day in 1979. --(CN report)
