CHITRAL, 25 July 07:  After facing disappointment from the flawed services of 'Mobilink', users of Mobile phones were pinning hopes on the new mobile service 'Telenor', which commenced operations in Chitral with much pomp and show. Unfortunately the services offered by the Norwegian Telecom giant turned out to be even worse. Network outage and poor voice quality plague the new service to the utter disappointment of consumers and many consumers are switching  back and forth between 'Mobilink' and 'Telenor' n frustration only to find both in the same boat.

Though the problem under discussion here may be with the telecom services, but in actuality it is the Chitralis who are to be blamed because any public service offered here soon falls to it's lowest possible levels , essentially because Chitralis tend to accept whatever is offered to them and there is very little concept of struggling for quality services and a better standard of life.
