CHITRAL, 19 Jun 07:: Three people were drowned and three injured when a jeep has plunged into nullah here on Tuesday.

According to police sources, the jeep was traveling from Karimabad to Chitral bazaar when driver had lost the control due to bumpy road and jeep has plunged into nullah.

Councilor of Union Council Karimabad Syed Shahabuddin, Syed Yaqoob Shah and driver were drowned. Three other persons including a woman sustained injuries.

Bodies of Syed Shahabuddin and Syed Yaqoob Shah have been recovered whereas driver is still missing.
