UC Broze Nazim,Naib Nazim,disqualified

CHITRAL 12 Dec 06: Nazim Union Council Broze Rehmat Naim Shah (Moulai Room) and Naib Nazim Moulana Asadullah, both belonging to the Jamaat Islami, have been disqualified from their offices and fresh elections have been ordered in the constituency. The Election tribunal ruling came after the second runner up candidate Muhammad Hashim Comrade of the PPP had filed a petition challenging the qualification of the elected Nazim. The Naib Nazim also being part of  panel stood disqualified. The runner up Moulana Fatehullah also possessed the same Madrassah qualification as of the disqualified Nazim. (Bashir Hussain Azad)
