Committee meets
Chitral 18 Dec 09: : Action committee for restoration of electricity to
Chitral town /anti-corruption, met in Chitral on Thursday. The committee
chaired by Wg Cdr (r) Fardad Ali Shah showed dissatisfaction over
fulfillment of promises by WAPDA high officials made during their visit
to Chitral three months ago, with respect to alleviating the solvable
electricity problem in Chitral town. The Committee demanded immediate
replacement of the Resident Engineer Chitral power house and the WAPDA
Superintendent, whom they accused as being the main source of the
crisis. The committee decided to hold another meeting on 25
December in which the three public representatives from Chitral ie the
MNA, the Provincial; minister and the MPA would be invited to chalk out
a joint strategy to tackle this conspiracy against the
government/corruption laced foul tactic of alienating the people
of Chitral town from the govt. --(

چترال میں بروز جمعرات منعقد ہوا. اجلاس کی صدارت ونگ کمانڈر(ر) فرداد علی
شاہ نے کی. اجلاس میں چترال شہر میں بجلی کے بحران کو حل کرنے کے سلسلے
میں واپڈا کے ذمہ دار حکام کےتین ماہ قبل دورہ چترال کے موقہ پرکیے گیے
وعدوں کے ایفا نہ ہونے پرسخت افسوس کا اظہار کیا گیا. اجلاس نی متفقہ طور

ہاؤس کے ریزیڈنٹ انجنئیر اور واپڈا کے
سپرڈنٹ کو فوری طور پر تبدیل کرنے کا مطالبہ کیا جن کی وجہ سے یہ بحران
موجود ہے. اجلاس نے فیصلہ کیا کے اگلا اجلاس پچیس دسمبر کو منقد کی جائیگی
جس میں چترال کے تینوں منتخب قومی نمایندگان کو دعوت دی جائیگی تاکہ اس
بحران سے
