Novel way of cheating discovered

CHITRAL, 03 July 09: Chitral has always been an easy market for fake and substandard goods from eatables to cosmetics to life saving drugs, but now a new and novel way of cheating of customers has been discovered.

 A customer told Chitral News that on suspicion he compared the retail price stamped on a tin of a popular brand of cooking oil available in Chitral, to a similar sized tin of the same brand in Islamabad and found that the retail price stamped on the tin available in Chitral was Rs forty higher than that of the Islamabad one.

 Unscrupulousness has become a norm rather than an exception in Pakistan today; No wonder we are facing the wrath of God in one form or the other. -- (CN report)
