A huge Cry for Change

With a Majority of new generation, the historic public gathering in Lahore Pakistan under the flag of Tehreek e Insaf clearly indicated that the nation has finally realized they can never move forward following the present politicians sitting in government and opposition benches in parliament, who have been cheating public for decades with changing face masks.

That clearly indicates that the young generation has realized none is out there to give them Shariat e Mohammadi, neither there is anyone to full fill their commitment of basic needs of survival like Roti kapra and shelter, they have realized that, their problems could not be solved with loud slogans against America, nor with brainwashing and using them for suicide bombing in Masjids. They have also realized that buying Musalahs with selling swards could not bring any positive change in their lives. They are religiously mature now, and know that the prayers without understanding the spirit of these Aamaal and without understanding message of Allah (SWT) hidden in these Ebadaat of Laillaha illallah, 5 times prayers, Roza, Hajj, and Zakat no change could come their present lives and the life hereafter.

Personally I don’t know either the TI under leadership of Imran khan can do what other political just have been promising so far? but we all know as per teaching of Islam, a Muslim should not make the same mistake repeatedly. Why we should not try the new voice once? Almost every political party has got a chance to govern this country, with no visible positive change, there has been no noticeable difference between them.

In my life time in the context of Chitral General Musharaf was the only leader, who brought in an unimaginable big change in our lives through building Lawari tunnel, although it is still incomplete. Nevertheless it was a huge step taken for the wellbeing of the people of Chitral by any leader in the history of Pakistan, still a good number of people in our society are not thankful to him with argument that it was nothing he did. It was rather the rightful right of Chitralis, but after him, the only 15% remaining work has not been touched and no political party so far has taken any solid step towards it. We Chitralis can vote for TI, if Khan Sahab comes to Chital and makes such a firm commitment with us which could ascertain Chitralis that he will initiate the work on Lawari tunnel in his first year of government. Hope of viable alternate leadership for Pakistan

Political scenario of the country is going towards paradigm shift with the current emerging political maneuvering in Pakistan. The traditional way of bargaining and canvassing method has changed with the slogan of Imran Khan. The self-proclaimed political parties having lineage to the founding fathers’ of the country, seem to be talking about the principled politics but the vibrant media is maligning them by repeatedly showing their stance on provincial, national and international issues and compromises on changing loyalties with ruling parties and opposition. It has also been observed up till now that these leaders bring about no viable change in the existing social order of the country which could reflect the longstanding basic requirements and emerging demands of the people of Pakistan.

Every political party of Pakistan used to put forward a manifesto claiming to be congruent with the demand of the public in theory, but not in practice. The ultimate result of these schemes of government was nothing at all but the perpetuation of status quo during the mandated tenure by each government.
Coalition government set up of the country is a major factor and indicator of weak government and obstacle to fully implement the party manifesto, due to multi-party system but the major responsibility is going to the credit of the coalition partners and leaders of political parties and ruling class indifference for the cry of the men in the street. No one is bothered to take this responsibility which has caused an impasse in the political and economic development of Pakistan since independence.

The ray of hope which is coming from the emerging party in the political arena of Pakistan is “Pakistan Tehrik-e- Insaf”. A viable, principled and encouraging alternate in the political battleground of Pakistan, is challenging the entire ruling class with plan and line of action. This party has came out not only with a plan and action plan but also has initiated a move of issue based politics which is further arousing the sentiments of the people of Pakistan.

Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was a leader in the political history of Pakistan, emerged with a slogan of nationalism and Islamic Socialism while guaranteeing food, cloth and shelter for the majority poor class, got land sliding victory and still the predecessor of this party is seasoning the fruits of that cultivation and getting the support and confidence of public through that slogan. That was the charismatic leadership of Bhutto, his slogan and program of action, is still remembered and revered in Pakistan.

The new emerging leader of TIP today in the historical rally in Minar-Pakistan not only presented his party manifesto but also the way of its implementation so that to come up with the expectations and demands of public generally and people of Punjab particularly. It has also been noticed the prescription for system change in Pakistan while considering the ground political realities of the country it seems very difficult but it has been witnessed in the Arab countries recently that the change agent if fully sponsored by the public, “impossible is nothing”.

The back drop of this rally also manifested that what philosophy of Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Muhammad Iqbal for the Pakistan was; to be a democratic and welfare state, will be implemented. The system of governance and change that Imran Khan presented for Patwari mafia, electricity shortfall, police system and foreign policy was logical and viable in a sense that these issues has been resolved in developed countries by replacing the man with fair and transparent computerized system, have brought successful results. The reiteration in this rally again by PTI leader’s for rooting out corruption in the country and bringing the capital of Pakistan from Swiss and other foreign banks and ultimatum to government for formal declaration of the assets of the politician and ensuring taxation system of the country is also encouraging way forward for change and bridge the gap in the existing segregated ruling and ruled class of the country.
Imran Khan’s frame work for the foreign policy of Pakistan also manifests the guiding principles of Quaid-e-Azam; had said that Pakistan should have friendly relation with all the countries, particularly Islamic and neigbouring countries based on the principle of mutual understanding and respect.

Comparatively considering the ground realities and political order of Pakistan and the wave of change around the world, it is said that the existing system of Pakistan has done nothing up till now to the people of Pakistan and the public has exhausted from the false promises of the leaders. This rally has not only changed the orientation of the public but also the public opinion in the nook and corner of the country. Stand up for you country

Every new star which appears in the universe has to wait for long to shed its light on the earth. Imran khan is our new star. He waited and struggled for long. Now the light has reached in the form of a promise to change the present corrupt system.

The young people of Pakistan are fortunate to have Imran as their leader. Now it is their duty to support their leader to bring the change in the country. Pakistan is theirs. They have to prove to be the best architect of a new and healthy Pakistan. The work will not be easy, because the old players are much strong. They will apply every thing in their power to block this Tsunami of changes.
