Army Commander visits Chitral

Chitral --  General Officer Commanding of the division looking after Chitral Major General Ghulam Qamar visited Chitral. He was briefed about the situation by Commandant Chitral Scouts Col Nasir Jadoon. He also met leaders of political parties and elite of the area.

He advised the  people of Chitral to always remain united and said if your are united no one can harm your harmony and the exemplary peaceful environment of Chitral.  He said hereafter any attack from across the border would be dealt with an iron hand and troops have been authorized to retaliate appropriately in such a case.
