comes to Chitral ?
Chitral -- A unique case of extortion was reported in Chitral
bazaar on Saturday. A pathan shopkeeper relatively new in Chitral
bazaar told our reporter that several men came to his shop and asked
for donation. When he regretted by saying he did not have money, he was asked how much rent he paid
for the shop to which he replied 9000 per month, at which the
persons said if he could pay so much rent why couldn't he give
donation (chanda). When our reporter asked about the identification
of the men or the purpose for which they were asking donation, the
visibly simpleton shopkeeper didn't have an answer.. -
